Dr. Ashok Khosla holds a doctorate from Harvard. He has spent most of his life championing sustainable development. He also pioneered the concept of social enterprise, creating business-like approaches for eradicating poverty and conserving the natural resource base. He has won many awards amongst which include the United Nations Sasakawa Environment Prize (also referred to as Nobel Prize for Environmentalism), Zayed International Environment Award, the WWF Duke of Edinburgh Medal, Stockholm Challenge Award and Schwab Foundation Award for Outstanding Social Entrepreneur. He has held many prominent positions including as President, International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN); President, Club of Rome; co-Chair UN's International Resource Panel and serve as Special Advisor to the Secretary General of the Rio+20 Conference. He was also bestowed by the Queen the prestigious, Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).

Dr. Barbara Pyle is an executive producer, filmmaker, photographer, environmental activist and media innovator who pioneered the use of broadcast programming to inform critical social and environmental issues on a global scale. She co-created with Ted Turner an animated series "Captain Planet and the Planeteers" aim at yielding a generation of environmentally-literate youth. She founded the Captain Planet Foundation to put the messages of the animated show into practice. Her mission for the Foundation was to teach young people to respect the planet through hands-on experiences. Subsequently, she created the Planeteer Movement , a worldwide gathering of young people who work to put the show's messages into practice. She has in 1997 founded the Barbara Pyle Foundation with the mission to harness the power of positive media communication to make a better world. She is the only member of the media to ever receive the United Nations Sasakawa Environment Prize.

A royalty by birth, Mr William Kwende is educated in France and USA. He is now an entrepreneur and developer. He spend most of his life serving civil societies. He specialises in project development and process management. He has work for more than 10 years with United Nations International Organisation for Migration serving under challenging circumstances in countries like Sierra Leone, Senegal, Congo, Cambodia, Philippines and many other developing countries. On his own, he has developed many eco development clusters supporting rural farmers in 4 west african countries covering over 200,000 hectares and 15,000 rural families and has helped bridged rural areas with world markets.

A highly acclaimed actress, film producer and activist, Mdm Christine Hakim has dedicated her life to the film industry and use its success to pursue causes close to her heart. As an actress she has won many awards in Europe and Asia, and had even starred beside the fame Julia Roberts in "Eat Pray Love". She is widely sought after as a film jury and had juried in many countries including the prestigious Cannes Festival. For her dedication to the film industry she was been bestowed many awards including the French Chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et Des Lettres and Commandeur dans l'ordre des Arts et des Lettres. She was appointed as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 2004. Now she is the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador since 2008.
